STONEWALL LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES, INC. D/B/A STONEWALL NATIONAL MUSEUM AND ARCHIVES (THE "ORGANIZATION/SNMA") IS A NON-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED AND INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN 1990. THE ORGANIZATION IS THE LARGEST LENDING LIBRARY OF GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, AND QUEER ("LGBTQ") LITERATURE IN THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION COLLECTS, PRESERVES, DISPLAYS, AND OFFERS TO OTHERS THE FINEST COLLECTION OF LGBTQ CULTURE AND HISTORY.
