COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDES FOOD, CLOTHING, EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. APPROXIMATELEY 40,000 UNITS OF CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED ANNUALLY.
ENERGY ASSISTANCE AND CONSERVATION PROVIDES ENERGY ASSISTANCE IN THE AREAS OF HEATING AND COOLING TO APPROXIMATELY 15,000 ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED AND LOW- INCOME INDIVIDUAL. ALSO, PROVIDES WEATHERIZATION SERVICES TO ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS.
