YOUTH SERVICES - PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL SKILLS, PROVIDE MEDICAL AND DENTAL SCREENINGS, SPEECH THERAPY, SCHOOL LUNCH, AND OTHER SERVICES. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH CONDUCT OF HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START PROGRAMS, A RELATED USDA SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM, AND OTHER PROGRAMS. PROVIDE DAYCARE SERVICES THROUGH FEDERALLY FUNDED FAMILY DAYCARE HOME GRANT AND LOCALLY-OPERATED FIRST STEP PROGRAM.


CASE MANAGEMENT - CASE MANAGEMENT FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES INCLUDES ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITIES, SHELTER, PRESCRIPTIONS AND OTHER EMERGENCY NEEDS. PROVIDES MARRIAGE COUNSELING, TAX PREPARATION SERVICES, AND OTHER SERVICES.


ELDERLY SERVICES - PROVIDES SENIOR CENTERS, MEALS, TRANSPORTATION OUTREACH AND OTHER SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS 60 YEARS AND OLDER.
