THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH CONDUCT OF HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START PROGRAMS, A RELATED USDA SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM, AND OTHER PROGRAMS. PROVIDE DAYCARE SERVICES THROUGH FEDERALLY FUNDED FAMILY DAYCARE HOME GRANT AND LOCALLY-OPERATED FIRST STEP PROGRAM.
CASE MANAGEMENT - CASE MANAGEMENT FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES INCLUDES ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITIES, SHELTER, PRESCRIPTIONS AND OTHER EMERGENCY NEEDS. PROVIDES MARRIAGE COUNSELING, TAX PREPARATION SERVICES, AND OTHER SERVICES.
