HEADSTART-PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR 3 AND 4 YEAR-OLD, LOW-INCOME CHILDREN FOR EDUCATION, HEALTH AND GENERAL WELL BEING OF CHILDREN. MIGRANT/SEASONAL HEAD START-PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR 6 WEEK TO 5 YEAR OLD, LOW-INCOME, MIGRANT CHILDREN. PROVIDES EDUCATIONS, HEALTH AND AIDS GENERAL WELL BEING.
LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) - ASSISTES LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WITH THE LOWEST INCOMES THAT PAY A HIGH PROPORTION OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME FOR HOME ENERGY, PRIMARILY IN MEETING THEIR IMMEDIATE HOME ENERGY NEEDS.
