THE ROTARY CLUB OF BRENTWOOD IS DEDICATED TO ENCOURAGING AND FOSTERING THE IDEAL OF SERVICE ABOVE SELF AS THE BASIS OF WORTHY ENTERPRISE. THE CLUB WAS ORIGINALLY CHARTERED THROUGH ROTARY INTERNATIONAL ON OCTOBER 17, 1973, WHEN IT WAS FOUNDED WITH THIRTY-FIVE (35) MEMBERS. ROTARY INTERNATIONAL IS AN ORGANIZATION OF OVER 32,000 CLUBS WORLDWIDE PROVIDING HUMANITARIAN SERVICE, ENCOURAGING HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS IN ALL VOCATIONS, AND HELPING TO BUILD GOODWILL AND PEACE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND IN THE WORLD.

SUPPORTS WEEKLY PROGRAMS AND MEETINGS FOR THE INTEREST OF ROTARIANS; SUPPORTS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR THE INCOMING PRESIDENT; SUPPORTS MONTHLY BOARD MEETING EXPENSES; AND, PARTICIPATES IN THE ANNUAL JOINT CLUB PICNIC IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LOCAL BRENTWOOD ROTARY MORNING CLUB HONORING THE LOCAL FIRE, POLICE AND EMT SERVICE PERSONS.
SUPPORTS THE INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS OF THE BRENTWOOD ROTARY CLUB CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INCLUDING THE BELIZE CLEAN WATER PROJECT, THROUGH THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE ROTARY FOUNDATION. ACTIVITIES WERE SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID.
