A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES STRUCTURED RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES WITH COMMUNITY INTEGRATION. ALSO PROVIDES RESPITE FOR PARENTS OF ADULTS WHO DO NOT RECEIVE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FROM BREAKTHROUGH CORPORATION.
