THE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM ASSISTS PERSONS SUPPORTED TO OBTAIN AND RETAIN COMMUNITY INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT AND/ OR PREPARE THE INDIVIDUAL TO DO SO. WE ALSO HAVE PROGRAMS THAT PREPARE PEOPLE FOR SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT THROUGH TRANSITION SERVICES AND INTERNSHIPS AT VARIOUS EMPLOYERS.
