IT PROVIDES MONTHLY SEMINARS TO PROVIDE BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND APPROACHES TO BE USED TO SOLVE COMMUNITY PROBLEMS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CERTAIN OPPORTUNITIES.LEADERSHIP TOMORROW - THIS PROGRAM HAD 35 PARTICIPANTS IN THE CLASS OF 2020. IT PROVIDES A FORUM FOR YOUNG ADULTS TO FOCUS ON PERSONAL GROWTH, ENHANCE LEADERSHIP SKILLS, ESTABLISH PEER NETWORKS AND DEVELOP BENEFICIAL HABITS AS THEY MATURE.SMOKY MOUNTAIN YOUTH LEADERSHIP - THIS PROGRAM HAD 48 PARTICIPANTS IN THE CLASS OF 2020. IT BENEFITS JUNIORS AND SENIORS IN THE LOCAL SEVIER COUNTY HIGH SCHOOLS.
