DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT INTERMEDIARY RELENDING PROGRAM (IRP), CAPITAL LOAN PROGRAM (CLP) AND FOR PACKAGING AND SERVICING CERTAIN SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA) LOANS AS A CERTIFIED DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (CDC). THE CORPORATIONS'S IRP LOAN WAS REPAID IN FULL IN FEBRUARY 2023, AND THE IRP PROGRAM IS NO LONGER LENDING.
