CONSULTING SERVICES: CNM CONDUCTED 52 CONSULTATIONS FOR NONPROFIT AGENCIES, INCLUDING STRATEGIC PLANNING, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, FUNDRAISING, PLANNING AND COORDINATION, BOARD DEVELOPMENT, CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: CNM PROVIDED MORE THAN 91 TRAINING SESSIONS AND 9 VIRTUAL TOWN HALLS FOR NONPROFITS CEOS, STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS. THEY COVERED MANY RELEVANT TOPICS FOR NONPROFIT CAPACITY BUILDING AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT. EVALUATIONS WERE MADE AT EVERY SESSION.
COLLECTIVE IMPACT ACCELERATOR: NONPROFIT, BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, AND PHILANTHROPY ALL PLAY INTEGRAL ROLES IN HELPING SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS IN OUR COMMUNITIES. THE COLLECTIVE IMPACT ACCELERATOR PROVIDES PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES DESIGNED TO ACCELERATE PROGRESS ON OUR COMMUNITY'S COMPLEX PROBLEMS, FOSTER CROSS-SECTOR COLLABORATIVE LEADESHIP, AND DEVELOP A CULTURE OF COLLECTIVE ACTION IN NASHVILLE. FROM COMMUNITY FORUMS, A DEDICATED LEARNING COMMUNITY AND INTENSIVE CATALYST EXPERIENCES, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF WAYS CNM IS WORKING TO SHIFT CULTURE ON THE WAYS WE MOVE THE NEEDLE ON THESE PRESSING ISSUES.
