MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS TO DISCUSS VARIOUS MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING ISSUES WERE HELD IN FEBRUARY, JUNE, AND DECEMBER OF 2022. LUNCHEON AND BREAKFAST MEETINGS WERE HELD THREE TIMES FOR APARTMENT MANAGERS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL IN FEBRUARY, APRIL, MAY AND OCTOBER. THE COURSES OFFERED IN 2022 COVERED TOPICS SUCH AS FAIR HOUSING, ELECTRICAL, LEGAL ISSUES, A CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR AND HVAC COURSE. AAGK CONDUCTS A CERTIFICATE FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN COURSE WHICH TEACHES CLASSES IN BASIC ELECTRICAL, APPLIANCE REPAIR, HVAC, AND INDOOR AND OUTDOOR REPAIRS. THE COURSE IS CONDUCTED AS DEMAND DICTATES. AAGK CONDUCTS A CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR COURSE WHICH TEACHES THE BASICS IN POOL OPERATION. THIS PROGRAM IS A TWO DAY COURSE CONDUCTED AS NEEDED.
