FOOD CERTIFICATES ARE PROVIDED TO FAMILIES IN NEED THROUGHOUT VARIOUS COUNTIES IN TENNESSEE AND VIRGINIA. THE TIMES-NEWS RESCUE FUND WORKS CLOSELY WITH COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF HUMAN SERVICES AND THE SALVATION ARMY TO DETERMINE ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS THAT ARE MOST IN NEED.
