HELPING HANDS ALSO ADMINISTERS PROJECT HELP FUNDS FROM THE CITY OF COOKEVILLE AND UPPER CUMBERLAND ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION WITH NO COST TO DONORS OR RECIPIENTS IN THE COUNTY.
