THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF DELTA DENTAL OF TENNESSEE IS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DENTAL SERVICES UNDER WRITTEN CONTRACTS WHICH ENTITLE THE SUBSCRIBERS TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR COVERED SERVICES PROVIDED BY LICENSED DENTISTS, AND VISION CARE PROVIDERS, PRIMARILY IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE.
