THE FIRST METHODIST HOSPITAL IN THE SYSTEM WAS FOUNDED IN 1918 BY THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH TO HELP MEET THE GROWING NEEDS FOR QUALITY HEALTHCARE IN THE MID-SOUTH.
