THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH BOTH LEGISLATIVE & REGULATORY MONITORING COMMUNICATIONS WITH MEMBERS & PUBLIC AWARENESS PROGRAMS ABOUT FARMING & RURAL LIFE & PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY. YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WILLIAMSON COUNTY FARM BUREAU SUPPORTS YOUTH AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATIONS BOTH FINANCIALLY AND WITH VOLUNTEER HOURS. THE ORGANIZATION IS A PRIMARY SPONSOR OF THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY FFA AND 4-H BANQUET AT AN AREA HIGH SCHOOL. THE WCFB ALSO SPONSORS A FARM DAY AT A LOCAL FARM WHERE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF FARMING AND WHERE THEIR FOOD AND FIBER COMES FROM. THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY FARM BUREAU SPONSORS A LITTLE ONES FARM AT THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY FAIR, THIS IS A BOOTH WHERE KIDS CAN HAVE AN INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE WITH FARMING AND AGRICULTURE.
