SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED SOLELY TO QUALIFYING LOW-INCOME STUDENTS. THE SCHOLARSHIPS GIVE PARENTS, WHOSE CHOICES ARE OTHERWISE LIMITED, THE OPPORTUNITY TO SELECT THE K4-12 PRIVATE SCHOOL THAT BEST MEETS THEIR CHILDRENS NEEDS.
