SPECIAL EVENTS, SUCH AS JULY JAM, SMALL TOWN CHRISTMAS, AND SUMMER NIGHT CONCERTS, WERE SPONSORED TO PROMOTE CULTURE AND ENHANCE THE SMALL TOWN ATMOSPHERE.
