THE CMCA CREDENTIAL IS ACCREDITED BY THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CERTIFYING AGENCIES (NCCA). CAMICB IS THE PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION BODY FOR MORE THAN 16,000 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS WORLDWIDE. CMCAS MANAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS, HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS, RESORT COMMUNITIES, AND COMMERCIAL TENANT ASSOCIATIONS.

THE CERTIFIED MANAGER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS (CMCA) CREDENTIALING PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO ENSURE THAT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS HAVE THE FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE A COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY, INCLUDING HOMEOWNERS, CONDOMINIUM, AND COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS. CAMICB HAS CREDENTIALED OVER 23,000 MANAGERS AROUND THE WORLD. CMCA CREDENTIAL HOLDERS HAVE DEMONSTRATED WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE CORE OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS RECOGNIZED IN THE PROFESSION'S DEFINED BODY OF KNOWLEDGE. IN RECENT YEARS, AN EDUCATION CAMPAIGN WAS IMPLEMENTED TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS, HOMEOWNERS, AND MANAGERS ABOUT CAMICB AND THE CMCA CREDENTIAL, INCLUDING ONGOING OUTREACH TO AND COMMUNICATION WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS AND THE MAINTENANCE OF A ROBUST WEBSITE THAT PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE CMCA CREDENTIALING PROGRAM.
