THIS INCLUDES OFFERING SPECIAL EVENTS AND PROGRAMS; COMMUNICATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION VIA A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER, WEBSITE AND OTHER METHODS; ENFORCING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND MAINTENANCE COVENANTS IN THE COMMUNITY; AND MANAGING THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF TWO BUILDINGS THAT ARE OWNED BY THECOLUMBIA ASSOCIATION.
