HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FOR ALL: THE YMCA PROVIDED OVER 3100 MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN WITH THE SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND ENVIRONMENTS THEY NEEDED FOR THEIR SUCCESSFUL PURSUIT OF HEALTH & WELL-BEING IN SPIRIT, MIND, & BODY. SERVICES INCLUDE AEROBICS, WEIGHT TRAINING, SILVER SNEAKERS PROGRAM FOR SENIOR ADULTS, PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING, AND ALL THE VARIOUS TEAM SPORTS I.E SOCCER, BASKETBALL, FOOTBALL, ECT. PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, FAITHS, BACKGROUNDS, ABILITIES, & INCOME LEVELS ARE SERVED BY THE YMCA. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO CAN'T AFFORD TO PARTICIPATE.
CHILD CARE SERVICES PROVIDE FULL-TIME DAY CARE FACILITIES FOR CHILDERN AGES 6 WEEKS TO 4 YEARS; PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR CHILDERN 5-12 YEARS, FOCUSING ON ART, DRAMA, READING, COMPUTERS, SCIENCE, MATH, AND A VARIETY OF FUN FILLED ACTIVITIES; SUMMER DAY CAMP FOR CHILDERN AGES 5-12 WHICH PROVIDES GROUP ACTIVITIES DURING THE DAY; CHRISTMAS CAMP DURING CHRISTMAS BREAK FOR AGES 5-12.
