REBOUND IS WORKING TO REDEVELOP HOMES IN WEST LOUISVILLE UNDER FEDERAL CHDO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. AS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO), REBOUND IS ABLE TO WORK THROUGHOUT LOUISVILLE METRO TO MEET ITS MISSION.
