AS THE VOICE OF THE APARTMENT INDUSTRY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL WORK TO BE PROACTIVE AND RESPONSIVE TO GOVERNMENTAL ISSUES, INCREASE MEMBERSHIP INVOLVEMENT AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP. THE ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE AFFORDABILITY OF RENTAL HOUSING THROUGH LEGISLATION EFFORTS, WHILE MAINTAINING HOUSING FOR ITS RESIDENTS.
