CHURCH HOUSING ASSOCIATION OF PRESTONSBURG INC PROVIDES SAFE, DECENT, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND VERY LOW INCOME FAMILIES. IT OPERATES TWO SEPARATE PROGRAM SITES; HIGHLAND HEIGHTS AND CLIFFSIDE APARTMENTS. HIGHLAND HEIGHTS PROVIDES HOUSING FOR 72 FAMILIES AND CLIFFSIDE APARTMENTS PROVIDES FOR 93 FAMILIES. HUD SUBSIDES MONTHLY RENTS FOR ELIGIBLE TENANTS UNDER THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT PROGRAM. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2023, HUD PAID 1,334,168 (75%) IN RENTAL SUBSIDIES.
