CITY OF JACKSONVILLE - PETER BRITT GARDENS - PAID FOR ONGOING YARD AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE FOR THE PETER BRITT GARDENS AS WELL AS SPECIAL ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS. MEMBERS ALSO VOLUNTEERED ADDITIONAL LABOR WHERE APPROPRIATE, WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THESE EXPENSES.
