THE MUSEUM STRIVES TO ENGAGE AND INSPIRE OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION, ENLIGHTENMENT, INTERPRETATION AND RESEARCH TO STUDENTS, SCHOLARS AND VISITORS UTILIZE THE MUSEUM TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL ENJOYMENT AND AESTHETIC EXPERIENCE OF MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, ITS STUDENTS AND "ALL WHO PASS THROUGH ITS DOORS". THE MUSEUM EXPERIENCE WAS AUGMENTED BY A VARIETY OF ARTS EDUCATION CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS, LECTURES AND GALLERY TALKS, VIRTUAL PROGRAMS AND CLASSES, SELF- GUIDED ART EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES, AND A READING CLUB FOR ADULTS. ADDITIONALLY, THE MUSEUM PROVIDES AN ART THERAPY PROGRAM FOR ADOLESCENTS EXPERIENCING EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL CHALLENGES.
THE MUSEUM COLLECTS, PRESERVES AND DISPLAYS WORKS OF ARTISTIC MERIT THAT REFLECT THE INFLUENCES AND CULTURAL CONCERNS OF ABRAHAM RATINER, ESTHER GENTLE, ALLEN LEEPA AND OTHER RELEVANT ARTISTS OF THE 20TH AND 21ST CENTURY. CHANGING EXHIBITIONS COMPLEMENT THE PERMANENT COLLECTION AND PROVIDE ENRICHING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC TO VIEW ARTWORK IN A BROAD VARIETY OF MEDIA AND STYLES.
