PUBLIC AWARENESS AND EDUCATION: ST. JOHNS RIVERKEEPERS STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZED RIVER CLEANUPS, PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES FOR SCHOOLS AND YOUTH, PARTICIPATED IN NUMEROUS VIRTUAL EVENTS, AND PROVIDED PRESENTATIONS TO CIVIC AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS. ST. JOHNS RIVERKEEPER ALSO PROVIDED WEBINARS TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT ISSUES IMPACTING THE ST. JOHNS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO EDUCATED THE PUBLIC ABOUT HOW TO BE RIVER FRIENDLY, AND ENGAGED NEARLY 50 VOLUNTEERS IN THE EXECUTION OF ITS ADVOCACY AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS.
