OWNER OCCUPIED REHABILITATION AND OWNER OCCUPIED EMERGENCY REPAIR FOR HOMES OF ELDERLY AND/OR HANDICAPPED RESIDENTS OF SUMTER & LEE COUNTIES. EMERGENCY REPAIRS INCLUDE REPAIR OF HOMES TO INCLUDE MAKING BATHROOMS ACCESSIBLE, REPAIR OF ROOFS AND OTHER STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF CLIENTS. OWNER OCCUPIED REHABILITATION IS MORE IN-DEPTH AND MAY INCLUDE MAJOR REPAIR TO STRUCTURES, INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS AND DOORS, REPAIR OF FOUNDATION, ETC. 9 FAMILIES WERE HELPED DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR.
