BE THE BRIDGE DEVELOPS RELEVANT EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND DISCUSSION GUIDES THAT PROVIDE TRANSFORMATIVE, RELATIONAL PATHWAYS FOR THOSE ENGAGING IN THE WORK OF RACIAL JUSTICE. EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES INCLUDE STRUCTURED VIDEO COURSES,DISCUSSION, AND MULTI-DAY, IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL TRAINING FOR ORGANIZATIONS. DISCUSSION GUIDES PROVIDE PATHWAYS FOR PEOPLE TO MOVE TOWARD RACIAL JUSTICE INTERNALLY AND IN COMMUNITY WITH OTHERS. THOUSANDS THROUGHOUT THE US AND MORE THAN A DOZEN NATIONAL HAVE UTILIZED THESE GUIDES,AND BE THE BRIDGE PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THESE COMMUNITY GROUPS AS WELL AS CREATING, UPDATING AND EXPANDING THE MATERIAL AND PROVIDING EXPERT VOICES FROM MULTIPLE RACIAL PERSPECTIVES TO TEACH AND GUIDE.BE THE BRIDGE CONTINUES TO EQUIP AND INSPIRE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS TO DO THE WORK OF RACIAL JUSTICE WHERE THEY ARE WITH THE VISION OF PEOPLE AND SYSTEMS NO LONGER BEING CONDITIONED BY A RACIALIZED SOCIETY, BUT GROUNDED IN TRUTH,WHERE ALL ARE EQUIPPED TO FLOURISH.
