ENDEAVOR MIAMI INC'S MISSION IS TO LEAD THE MOVEMENT TO CATALYZE LONG-TERM ECONOMIC GROWTH BY SELECTING, MENTORING, AND ACCELERATING THE BEST HIGH IMPACT ENTREPRENEURS IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA REGION. HIGH-IMPACT ENTREPRENEURS ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO SHOW TREMENDOUS ENTREPRENEURIAL AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL, CAN BUILD HIGH-GROWTH BUSINESSES WITH SIGNIFICANT JOB-CREATING OPPORTUNITIES AND EXHIBIT COMMITMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY, WHICH BECOMES A KEY-DRIVER OF ECONOMIC GROWTH. DURING 2023, ENDEAVOR MIAMI REVIEWED CLOSE TO 300 CANDIDATE ENTREPRENEURS, COORDINATED MENTORS TO CONDUCT SECOND-OPINION REVIEWS WITH 17 COMPANIES, PREPARED 3 COMPANIES THAT PRESENTED AT LOCAL SELECTION PANELS AND SUPPORTED 4 COMPANIES TO PRESENT AT INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANELS. THIS RESULTED IN 2 COMPANIES BEING SELECTED AS ENDEAVOR ENTREPRENEURS IN 2023. ENDEAVOR MIAMI SUPPORTED 35 ACTIVE COMPANIES, LED BY 60 ENDEAVOR ENTREPRENEURS. THESE ENTREPRENEURS GENERATED CLOSE TO 920 MILLION DOLLARS IN REVENUE, AND OVER 6,000 JOBS DURING 2023. ALSO, THROUGH OUR ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS, ENDEAVOR LAB AND SCALEUP PROGRAM WE HAVE SUPPORTED 164 COMPANIES GENERATING $240M IN REVENUES AND 2,330+ JOBS. IN 2023 WE PROVIDED SUPPORT TO OVER 50 COMPANIES, AND 66 FOUNDERS TO ACCELERATE THE GROWTH OF EARLIER-STAGE LOCAL COMPANIES AND THEREFORE CONTRIBUTE TO LOCAL JOB CREATION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.
