THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED IN 1997 TO FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG TOLL AGENCIES AND THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY. THE MEMBERSHIP IS MADE UP OF BOARD MEMBERS AND EXECUTIVE STAFF OF STATEWIDE EXPRESSWAY AND TRANSIT AUTHORITIES, THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE FLORIDA TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION AND PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNERS.ORGANIZATION MEMBERS MEET QUARTERLY TO DISCUSS STATEWIDE ISSUES IN AN EFFORT TO DEVELOP HIGH QUALITY ROADWAY SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THE CONFERENCE LOCATIONS ARE ROTATED THROUGHOUT THE STATE. THE QUARTERLY CONFERENCES PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF THE LATEST INFORMATION ON TOLL ROADS IN FLORIDA. DISCUSSIONS INCLUDE VARIOUS TOPICS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TOLL OPERATIONS, ENGINEERING, FINANCIAL AND PUBLIC POLICY.
