BREVARD ALZHEIMER'S FOUNATION, INC MISSION IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY COMMUNITY AND FACILITY-BASED ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE WITH INTEGRITY AND COMPASSION WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ALZHEIMER'S & DEMENTIA RELATED DISEASES. WE EMBRACE OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THOSE WHO CANNOT CARE FOR THEMSELVES CAN FLOURISH.

ADULT DAY CARE BREVARD ALZHEIMER'S FOUNDATION PROVIDES CARE TO PERSONS WITH NON-TREATABLE MEMORY LOSS AND ALSO TO THEIR FAMILIES. OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A CREATIVE DAY CARE ENVIRONMENT WITH THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES FOR PERSONS WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE. WE ALSO PROVIDE RESPITE FOR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS OF THOSE SUFFERING WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE. WE SERVED 329 PEOPLE WITH ADULT DAY CARE AND PROVIDED 41,530 IN-FACILITY MEALS.
TRANSPORTATION, THE ORGANIZATION, STRIVES TO ASSIST THE ELDERLY IN REMAINING IN THEIR HOMES AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BY PROVIDING VARIOUS SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING NON-EMERGENCY AND LIFE-SUSTAINING TRANSPORTATION. WE SERVED 1,543 PEOPLE WITH TRANSPORTATION.
IN HOME RESPITE, WE TRAIN VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE IN-HOME RELIEF TO ALZHEIMER'S CAREGIVERS WHILE PROVIDING SUPERVISION AND COMPASSION TO THE ALZHEIMER'S PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE, DIGNITY AND QUALITY OF LIFE. WE SERVED 630 PEOPLE WITH RELIEF AND IN-HOME FOOD DELIVERY.
