H. LEE MOFFITT CANCER CENTER AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE LIFETIME CANCER SCREENING CENTER, INC. ("LCS") EMPLOYS THE PHYSICIANS (KNOWN AS THE MOFFITT MEDICAL GROUP) THAT STAFF THE HOSPITAL AND PROVIDE CLINICAL RESEARCH SERVICES TO THE CANCER CENTER HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. THE PROVISION OF PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ITS EMPLOYED PHYSICIANS AND CLINICAL SCIENTISTS ENHANCES THE EFFICIENCY OF HEALTHCARE AND RESEARCH SERVICES PROVIDED BY THESE EMPLOYEES.
