SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER CAMPS - PROVIDE CHILD CARE FOR WORKING FAMILIES AND AT THE SAME TIME PROVIDE A POSITIVE LIFE-SKILLS SETTING FOR CHILDREN.
THERE ARE VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAMS UNDERTAKEN BY PAL EACH YEAR SUCH AS EMERGENCY HELP FOR THE NEEDY, ETC.
EXPLORER/CADET ORGANIZATIONS - BOTH PROVIDE A SCOUTING EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS BASED ON THE PREMISES OF SCOUTING, BUT ORIENTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OBJECTIVES. VENTURING PROGRAM - A COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY PAL AND BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA. MALES AND FEMALES, AGES 14 TO 18, ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD LEADERSHIP SKILLS WHILE GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPATING IN A MIXTURE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE RELATED ACTIVITIES. ELITE LADIES - REACHING A COMMUNITY NEED FOR MENTORING AT-RISK FEMALES WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY. THE GOAL OF THE ELITE LADIES IS TO REDUCE THE RISK OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHILE POSITIVELY IMPACTING THE LIVES OF GIRLS WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY.
BOXING PROGRAM - OUTREACH PROGRAM FOR YOUTH AGES 10 TO 21, MALE AND FEMALE, WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY. PARTICIPANTS NOT ONLY DEVELOP BOXING RELATED SKILLS AND IMPROVE PHYSICAL FITNESS, BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY DEVELOP IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS SUCH AS SELF-DISCIPLINE WHILE IMPROVING SELF-ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE. BASKETBALL PROGRAM - OUTREACH PROGRAM FOR SEMINOLE COUNTY YOUTH AGE 7 TO 15.
