PHILLIPINES EMERGENCY RELIEF -- PROVIDES COMMUNITY REHAB FOR PEOPLE WHO LOST EVERYTHING DUE TO THE TYPHOONS, EARTHQUAKES, VIOLENCE AND VOLCANO ERUPTION.
