THE YMCA OFFERS VARIOUS EXERCISE PROGRAMS SUCH AS WEIGHT TRAINING, AEROBICS, SWIMMING, GYMNASTICS, KARATE AND ORGANIZED SPORTS. AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, DAY CAMPS, CREATIVE CLASSES AND COMPUTER INSTRUCTION ARE OFFERED TO MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY.
