ASSISTANCE INCLUDES AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES, RESTORATION OF EXISTING HOUSING IN THE LITTLE HAITI AREA AND NEARBY COMMUNITIES OF MIAMI AND MAKEING THE RESTORED HOUSES EASIER FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES TO PURCHASE NY REQUIRING LOW DOWN PAYMENTS AND BY ASSISTING THEM IN OBTAINING GOVERMENT GUARANTEED LOW INTEREST MORTAGAGES.
