THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, HEALTH CARE, AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS, INCLUDING RETIRED CAREER U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS, THEIR SPOUSES, AND OTHERS OF RETIREMENT AGE. THE ORGANIZATION OWNS AND OPERATES A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY CONSISTING OF 482 RESIDENTIAL UNITS (292 APARTMENTS AND 190 HOMES), 138 ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE UNITS, AND IS LICENSED FOR 100 SKILLED NURSING BEDS. TOTAL PATIENT DAYS FOR THE YEAR: 251,729 DAYS - INDEPENDENT LIVING; 42,158 DAYS - ASSISTED LIVING; AND 15,768 DAYS - SKILLED NURSING.
