THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, HEALTH CARE, AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS, INCLUDING RETIRED CAREER U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS, THEIR SPOUSES, AND OTHERS OF RETIREMENT AGE. THE ORGANIZATION OWNS AND OPERATES A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY CONSISTING OF 482 RESIDENTIAL UNITS (292 APARTMENTS AND 190 HOMES), 138 ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE UNITS, AND IS LICENSED FOR 100 SKILLED NURSING BEDS.
