MIAMI JEWISH HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. (MJHS) PROVIDES SKILLED NURSING, LONG-TERM CARE, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY AND OTHERS WHO WOULD BENEFIT. SINCE ITS INCEPTION, THE ORGANIZATION HAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE A NUMBER OF AFFILIATED ENTITIES, ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS, SUCH AS ASSISTIVE HOUSING, OUTPATIENT SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS OFFER ALTERNATIVES TO INSTITUTIONALIZATION, AS WELL AS RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING IN AREAS PRIMARILY FOCUSED ON CARE FOR THE ELDERLY.
