THE COMMUNITY CURRENTLY CONSISTS OF 269 RESIDENTIAL UNITS (212 APARTMENTS AND 57 VILLAS AND HOMES), 46 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 24 MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, AND A 73-BED SKILLED NURSING CENTER.
