OUR MISSION IS TO REMOVE BARRIERS IN ACCESSING BEHAVIORAL WELLNESS, HOUSING, AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES IN OUR COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE HOPE, SUPPORT, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR POSITIVE CHANGE TO PEOPLE AS WE NAVIGATE LIFE'S CROSSROADS TOGETHER. OUR VISION IS A COMMUNITY BOUND BY PARTNERSHIPS WHERE THERE ARE NO BARRIERS TO RECEIVING HIGH-QUALITY AND INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES TO SET RECIPIENTS UP FOR LONG-TERM INDEPENDENCE AND STABILITY.

TAMPA CROSSROADS BEHAVIORAL WELLNESS CENTER PROVIDES THE BEST POSSIBLE TREATMENT AT AN AFFORDABLE COST TO 9,010 ADULTS IN 2021. OUR SERVICES ARE SUBSTANCE ABUSE/MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS AND TREATMENT, ANGER MANAGEMENT COUNSELING, DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING SERVICES, SMART RECOVERY GROUPS, DUI TREATMENT, SPECIALIZED COURT DIVERSION PROGRAMS, AND INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING. WE ARE A MEDICARE PROVIDER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH.
THE VETERANS ASSISTANCE CENTER (VAC) OF TAMPA CROSSROADS HAS ASSESSED AND PROVIDED CRITICAL SERVICES TO OVER 3,000 HOMELESS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES OVER THE PAST 8 YEARS. 265 VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES WERE PROVIDED PERMANENT HOUSING DURING 2021. THE SSVF PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HOUSING STABILITY TO HOMELESS, LOW-INCOME VETERAN FAMILIES AND TO PREVENT AT-RISK VETERANS FROM BECOMING HOMELESS. WE PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, AND SHORT-TERM DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR RENT, UTILITIES, SECURITY DEPOSITS, MOVING COSTS, EMERGENCY SUPPLIES, CHILD CARE AND TRANSPORTATION.
RAPID REHOUSING - THE RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HOUSING STABILITY TO INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. WE PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR RENT, UTILITIES, SECURITY DEPOSITS, AND MOVING COSTS. OUR INTENTION IS THAT UPON EXIT FROM OUR PROGRAM THE HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE PREPARED TO INDEPENDENTLY MANAGE THEIR HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES. RAPID REHOUSING SERVED 174 PEOPLE.
