MEDICARE AND MEDICAID CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AGENCY SERVING INDIAN RIVER AND NORTHERN ST LUCIE COUNTIES, FLORIDA, PROVIDING INTERMITTENT SKILLED NURSING CARE: PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY; AND HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES TO HOMEBOUND PATIENTS RECOVERING FROM ILLNESS, INJURY OR SURGERY.
DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, UNPAID VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED MORE THAN 70 HOURS OF THEIR TIME IN DIRECT SUPPORT OF THE ORGANIZATION. VOLUNTEERS ASSISTED IN VARIOUS PROGRAM AREAS.
