THE MISSION OF THE FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF REHABILITATION FACILITIES, INC. IS TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES BY ACTING AS A PUBLIC POLICY CHANGE AGENT, AND TO PROMOTE AND SERVE THE INTERESTS OF COMMUNITY HUMAN SERVICE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS.

MEMBERSHIP - PROVIDES INFORMATION SHARING, GRASSROOTS ADVOCACY, AND NETWORKING FOR AGENCIES THAT SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
RESPECT OF FLORIDA FACILITATES THE PLACEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT, USING SEVERAL METHODS OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING TO ACHIEVE THAT END. FLORIDA ARF, DOING BUSINESS AS RESPECT OF FLORIDA, IS THE NONPROFIT ENTITY THAT ADMINISTERS THE PROGRAM FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA UNDER A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES. STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PURCHASE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THEY NEED AND AT THE SAME TIME HELP EMPLOY PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
