THE OCALA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA IS MARION COUNTY'S PREMIER CULTURAL ARTS ORGANIZATION. ITS MISSION IS TO PLAY THE HIGHEST CALIBER MUSIC THAT IS PERFORMED IN FRONT OF NEARLY TEN THOUSAND AREA CITIZENS. THE ORCHESTRA PERFORMED FULL ORCHESTRA CONCERTS AS PART OF OUR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS SERIES. WE ALSO PERFORMED SEVERAL SPECIAL CONCERTS DURIMG THE YEAR. THE ORCHESTRA ALSO PROVIDES CULTURAL PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE SYMPHONY FOR THE SCHOOLS, THE YOUNG ARTIST'S COMPETITION, THE KEMBLE SCHOLARSHIP, AND THE MUSIC FROM THE HEART.
