ELDER CARE PROGRAMS CONSISTS OF PREPARATION AND SERVING OF HOT LUNCHES, PROVIDING HOME DELIVERED MEALS, PROVIDING SOCIAL INTERACTIONS, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, OUTREACH THROUGH TELEPHONE REASSURANCES AND ASSESSMENTS, IN-HOME HEALTH CARE FOR HOMEMAKING AND COMPANIONSHIP, PROVDING RESPITE FOR CAREGIVERS THROUGH THE ALZHEIMERS DISEASE INITIATIVE AND PERSONAL CARE.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF WAKULLA COUNTY WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO LIFE SUSTAINING NEEDS SUCH AS MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, BANKING, EMPLOYMENT, GROCERY, SHOPPING, GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LEGAL SERVICES, AND EDUCATION.
BEFORE SCHOOL/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PROVIDES A SERVICE THAT IS STRUCTURED, SAFE, AFFORDABLY PRICED, AND BALANCED WITH A FUN FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE GEARED TOWARD CHILDREN. THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS US TO PROVIDE OUR PARENTS PEACE OF MIND WHILE AT WORK. WE ARE DEDICATED TO ACHIEVING THIS MISSION. DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE HOMEWORK TIME, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, MOVIES, ELECTRONICS, CRAFTS, AND MORE.
