FULL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO FAMILIES WHO BECOME INVOLVED IN THE CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM. THE CASE MANAGEMENT TEAM COORDINATES SERVICES FOR THE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND DEVELOPS A PERSONALIZED PLAN TO STRENGTHEN AND PRESERVE THE FAMILY WHILE FOCUSING ON OUR PRIMARY GOAL OF PROTECTING AT-RISK CHILDREN. THE AGENCY SEEKS TO FIND QUALIFIED ADOPTIVE PARENTS FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE IN PROTECTIVE CARE AND CANNOT BE REUNITED WITH THEIR PARENTS, OR PLACED WITH RELATIVES.
