REAFFIRM OUR COMMITMENT TO UNIVERSAL SERVICE SO THAT ALL AMERICANS HAVE EQUAL ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION HIGHWAY. EDUCATE OUR MEMBERS TO VOTE IN THEIR OWN BEST INTERESTS AND TO BUILD COMMUNITY COALITIONS AT THE NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEVELS TO SUPPORT WORKERS' RIGHTS.
