WE BELIEVE THAT NOT ONLY IS FAMILY STRENGTH SUPPORTED AND IMPROVED BY THE QUALITY OF LIVING CONDITIONS, BUT THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE BENEFITS AS WELL.
