THE PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO EFFECTIVELY UTILIZE AND MAINTAIN THE NATURAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES AVAILABLE THEREBY IMPROVING THE LIVING AND WORKING CONDITIONS WITHIN EACH RC&D DISTRICT COUNCIL OF NORTH CAROLINA AND TO COORDINATE THE RC&D ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT NC AND ACTIVELY SPEAK FOR THE RC&D ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
