CHAMPIONS FOR CHILDREN - HELP FAMILIES WITH SICK CHILDREN PAY FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES NOT OTHERWISE FUNDED. CHILDREN WERE SERVED IN THE CHAMPIONS FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT-PROVIDES JOB DEVELOPMENT, PLACEMENT AND JOB COACHING. THERE WERE NO REFERRALS THIS YEAR. INDEPENDENT LIVING - PROVIDED SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN REACHING THEIR OVERALL GOAL INDEPENDENCE.
