INDEPENDENT LIVING - PROVIDED SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN REACHING THEIR OVERALL GOAL INDEPENDENCE. EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY MEMBER - MATCHES SCREENED, TRAINED AND QUALIFIED PROVIDERS WITH ELIGIBLE AIR FORCE FAMILIES WHO HAVE CHILDREN DIAGNOSES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
