ADDRESSES A FULL RANGE OF VOCATIONAL SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND THE MANY BENEFITS THAT COME WITH HAVING A JOB - INCLUDING A SENSE OF IDENTITY AND BELONGING, AN OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND A SENSE OF PRIDE IN ONESELF. SERVICES PROVIDED BY WE, INC. INCLUDE EVALUATIONS TO DETERMINE INTERESTS AND ABILITIES; SERVICES THAT ASSIST HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TRANSITION SUCCESSFULLY FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO WORK; JOB READINESS TRAINING BOTH IN A CLASSROOM SETTING AND HANDS-ON IN A WORKPLACE; ASSISTANCE WITH RESUMES AND INTERVIEW PREP; JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE; JOB COACHING ONCE A PERSON HAS FOUND EMPLOYMENT; AND ASSISTANCE IN SUSTAINING EMPLOYMENT AS CHALLENGES ARISE.
